1 Permitted Pet Species (Fixed List)

HeavenPark only accepts memorials for domestic companion animals. Users must select from the following fixed list of permitted pet types. Custom species input is not allowed.

• Dog — All domestic dog breeds
• Cat — All domestic cat breeds
• Rabbit — Domestic rabbits and hares
• Bird — Parrots, canaries, finches, and other ornamental cage birds
• Fish — Aquarium fish species
• Small Pets — Hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, degus, and similar small companion mammals

Important: Users cannot manually enter pet species. All submissions must use the dropdown selection menu. Attempts to bypass this restriction will result in account suspension.

2 Prohibited Animals & Keywords (Auto-Blocked)

The following animals and related keywords are strictly prohibited. Our system automatically scans all submissions and will reject any content containing these terms:

Automatic Enforcement: Any submission containing prohibited keywords will be immediately rejected. Repeated attempts will result in permanent account termination.

3 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Bloody, gory, or traumatic content
• Vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit material
• Advertising, promotional content, or commercial solicitation
• Content designed to drive traffic to external sites
• Political content or partisan messaging
• Religious extremism or proselytizing
• Hate speech, harassment, or malicious attacks against individuals or groups
• Defamatory, abusive, or threatening language
• Human portraits, selfies, face photos, or any images featuring people

4 Original Content and Copyright

By uploading content to HeavenPark, you represent and warrant that all images, text, and other materials are your original creation, or that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share such content. You agree not to upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. Plagiarism, unauthorized use of others' photographs, and copyright violations are strictly prohibited.

5 Platform Enforcement Rights

HeavenPark reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content that violates these guidelines, suspend or terminate user accounts, and take any other actions deemed necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the platform. We are not obligated to provide explanations for enforcement actions. Users whose accounts are terminated due to violations are prohibited from creating new accounts.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from deliberately misidentifying pet species, posting irrelevant or nonsensical content, spamming, flooding the platform with repetitive submissions, or engaging in any behavior intended to disrupt the community or degrade the user experience. Such conduct will be treated as a serious violation of these terms.

7 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using HeavenPark, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these User Content Guidelines. These guidelines may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
